THE MAGSTADT FAMILY
The Magstadt Family was moving from out-of-state and looking for a coastal farmhouse style home. With the distance between Brookings and their previous home in California we were able to meet and share things virtually allowing things to move forward. The result? They had their dream home waiting for them when they moved to South Dakota.
THE CURTIS FAMILY
The Curtis family came to us with a design they had been working on for 2 years. They wanted a bright, clean home with a scandavian style influence. We worked with them to make sure they had plenty of room for their family while maintaining an open concept. Features include 12 foot ceilings, a 3 stall garage, and a beautiful backyard entertaining space that will provide years of enjoyment. This home makes a bold statement with an exterior blend of stucco + shiplap and modern white interior finishes.
THE PACE FAMILY
The Pace Family was looking to upgrade their home for their growing family. Bigger home means a bigger yard and family spaces, all within an open concept. With their eclectic taste we helped them realize their dream of a craftsman ranch style home featuring a tasteful mix of modern interior finishes. Highlights of this home include: 5 bedrooms, in home office, and plenty of natural light.
THE BOAR FAMILY
The Boar Family is a traditional family and their new home is no exception. With a traditional ranch style home they wanted 2 bedrooms up and 2 bedrooms down with a laundry room and master suite on the main floor. When approaching their design the Boar Family wanted an established entryway that would serve as the focal point of their home and we at Bolder Built were happy to deliver their vision.
